Ronald Noble is an American lawyer and former law enforcement officer who served as the Secretary General of INTERPOL from 2000 to 2014. He was born on September 24, 1956, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School. Prior to his appointment at INTERPOL, Noble served as a federal prosecutor, assistant Secretary of the Treasury, and head of the US government's law enforcement agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. As Secretary General of INTERPOL, he was responsible for overseeing the organization's activities, including the development of global police cooperation and the fight against transnational crime. He has also been involved in global initiatives to combat terrorism, cybercrime, and human trafficking. After leaving INTERPOL, Noble founded RKN Global DWC LLC, a security technology consulting company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
